The nightingale is one of the country’s best loved birds, thanks to its rare and evocative song. For this very special celebration, we welcome award-winning dancer Marie-Louise Flexen, who will perform a striking piece about the nightingale; we will show Sam Lee’s acclaimed film Singing with Nightingales; and we will be joined by county birding expert Gordon Kirk of the British Trust for Ornithology for a chat and Q&A.
This is a fundraising event for Stroud Valleys Project and Trinity Rooms Community Hub.
